President Buhari attended the opening of a high Level Plenary Meeting on Addressing Movements of Refugees and Migrants at the UN Headquarters New York today September 19th. He was joined by the Minister of Foreign Affairs , Geoffrey Onyeama, Governor of Zamfara, Abubakar Yari and Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazzau . Another photo after the cut.
