Shocking! Baby born in Yobe with his heart outside.

The people in Gaidam area of Yobo state were shocked yesterday after a baby was born with a rare case of disorder . He was born with the heart outside his body at a local hospital in the state.
The baby was immediately rushed to University Teaching Hospital in Maiduguri, Borno State for a surgery.
