Prospective corps members protest.

Following the postponement of the Batch ‘A’ Stream 2 orientation course by the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), some prospective corps members on Wednesday morning staged peaceful protests in Lagos, Ibadan, Benin, and Abuja.
It will be recalled that the scheme had earlier announced the postponement of the Orientation Course which was initially scheduled for May 21st, 2016 with no clue to the new date.
Some prospective corps members who reacted to the confused development described the scheme as ”epileptic and time wasters.”

The recent post on NYSC website reads:
FOR THE ATTENTION OF PROSPECTIVE CORPS MEMBERS
Dear prospective corps members, please be informed that the NYSC Management is working assiduously to ensure that the 2016 Batch ‘A’ (Stream 2) Orientation is conducted as soon as possible.
Kindly bear with us as all inconveniences are highly regretted.
