Ciara and Future just might be the most bitter exes in recent entertainment history and things are not about to get any easier. On Monday afternoon (In the USA) Ciara lost their most recent battle, this time in custody court.

Let’s be honest, Future isn’t the first name to spring to mind when you’re considering your “Father of the Year” nominees. Ciara clearly thinks he’s doing a bad enough job that she filed for full custody of their son, Future Jr.
The singer claimed that the ATL rapper doesn’t make an effort to be present in his 1 year old son’s life, going as far as labelling him a bad father. Her lawyer also added that he’s a bad person in general.

Future Hendrix, however, would not be swayed and he fought back by demanding that both he and Ciara maintain joint custody of their child. The California judge was on his side, rejecting all of Ciara’s motions and granting them both joint custody.
Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn (his real name) may have won this battle, but the two superstars are set to go to war again in the near future (no pun intended). Ciara recently filed a $15 million defamation of character lawsuit against her ex after he called her a bad mother and a “B****” with “control problems”.

What ever happened to “Let’s just be friends”?
