Wizkid Becomes The First Nigerian Artiste To Stay At No1 Spot On iTunes For A Week

Just like Drake did to Rihanna, Wizkid might be preparing to write a letter or a long essay to thank Drake soon.
Days ago, he became the first Nigerian artiste to make the Billboard Hot 100 and Top 2 Spots on Billboard + Twitter Trending 140 Charts, and it’s all thanks to his collaboration with Drake on the song titled ‘One Dance’.
Now, Wizkid has made iTunes World Chart and has remained on that spot for one week, and counting.
The happy pop singer shared the news on Twitter last night. “One Dance has now spent one whole week at #1 on iTunes worldwide madness.” he tweeted

There is no doubt, the ‘Star boy’ is indeed gaining all the global recognition he deserves. Congrats Wizzy.
